- Items falling within the eligible items category can be returned within 30 days of receiving an order. An original receipt is required. Some items are ineligible for returns. Please make sure to review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before starting the process.
- Exchanges or returns are possible within 7 days in Qatar and 30 days outside Qatar given that the customer is responsible for all delivery and shipping expenses.
- Item should not be from ineligible items list; should be within the original condition and if in box, the box and packing should be in original state.
- Customer shoulders shipping and delivery fees related

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Items without an original receipt .
- Monogrammed items
- Gift cards
- Special order, made to order items, including custom rugs and furniture
- Final Sale items (items purchased as part of promotion, discounts or sale)
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Bed, bed textile, stroller, furniture, bedding and lingerie/underwear category
- Original Receipt - Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Gift Receipt - Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
- Delivery Fees and related banking transaction fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
