Terms & Conditions: Exchange Policy


At Lamasat Nierah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to exchange your item, we’re here to help!

1. In-Store Purchases
You may exchange eligible items within 10 days of purchase with your original receipt. Please note that an original receipt is required for all exchanges.

2. Online and International Purchases
You may exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery with your original receipt.

Upon receiving your online order, we will conduct a quality check for 2 days to ensure that everything is in perfect condition. Once the quality check is completed and all criteria are met, we will proceed with your exchange.


3. Eligibility for Exchanges
To ensure a smooth exchange process, items must meet the following criteria:

Be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Must not be on the non-eligible items list (see below)
If you happen to receive a damaged product, please reach out to us right away, as this is rarely the case. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange
In-Store: Visit any Lamasat Nierah store location with your item and receipt; our team will be happy to assist you.
By Phone: Contact our Customer Support for assistance with your exchange.


5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Within Qatar: Customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery fees associated with exchanges.
International Exchanges: All shipping costs for exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer. For items shipped internationally, please contact our Customer Service team via WhatsApp for guidance on how to proceed.


6. Non-Eligible Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

Items without an original receipt
Monogrammed or personalized items
Mattresses
Gift cards
Special orders or custom-made items (including rugs and furniture)
Final sale items (items purchased during promotions or discounts)
Items damaged through normal wear and tear
Specific categories include strollers, furniture, lingerie, and underwear
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Only eligible items can be exchanged according to the policy outlined above.
