RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds
We offer full refunds or replacements in the following cases: Item received is damaged or defective Product received does not match the description on our website
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order details. We will replace the damaged item with a new one. If the item is not available, we will provide a full refund including the original shipping fee and cover all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions: Item is unworn and unwashed Original tags are still attached Item is in original condition (as new) All pieces included (for sets)
Exchange Shipping Fees:
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges: Return shipping: 35 QAR New shipping for exchanged item: 35 QAR Total exchange shipping cost: 70 QAR
Note: Even if your original order qualified for free shipping (350 QAR+), exchange shipping fees apply as this is a new transaction.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged: Opened or used hygiene products (socks, underwear, bodysuits, clothing that has been worn) Furniture, Strollers ,Baby nests ,Bedding sets, Mattresses Gift sets ,and Packed Baby sets.
