EXCHANGE
- Items falling within the eligible items category can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving an order. An original receipt is required. Some items are ineligible for exchange. Please review the full list of ineligible items and our exchange policy below before starting the process.
- Exchanges are possible within 7 days in Qatar and 30 days outside Qatar given that the customer is responsible for all delivery and shipping expenses.
- Item should not be from the ineligible items list; should be within the original condition and if in the box, the box and packing should be in their original state.
- Customer shoulders shipping and delivery fees related

Items non-eligible for exchanges:
- Items without an original receipt.
- Monogrammed items
- Mattresses
- Gift cards
- Special order, made to order items, including custom rugs and furniture
- Final Sale items (items purchased as part of promotion, discounts or sale)
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Bed, bed textile, stroller, furniture, bedding and lingerie/underwear category
